弗尔德（上海）仪器设备有限公司（Verder  Shanghai  Instruments  and Equipment  Co., Ltd.）其前身是弗尔德莱驰（上海）贸易有限公司（Verder Retsch Shanghai Trading Co., Ltd.）是弗尔德集团（Verder Group）在华设立的全资分公司，总部在上海，在北京、广州、武汉等地设有办事处。公司业务主要分成Liquid Division（流体事业部门）和Scientific Division（科学仪器事业部门）。

成立于1915年的德国RETSCH（莱驰）公司是Scientific Division（科学仪器事业部门）的核心品牌之一，是全球最大的实验室固体样品前处理暨研磨粉碎筛分设备的生产厂家，主要产品为超离心研磨仪ZM200、颚式破碎仪BB系列、盘式研磨仪DM200/RS200、行星球磨仪PM系列、刀式研磨仪GM200/GM300，冷冻研磨仪MM400/Cryomill，筛分仪AS系列，快速干燥仪TG200、自动分样仪PT100/PT200，压片机PP25/PP40等，在商检、质检、高校、农业、生物、制药、化工、研究所等领域有广泛的客户基础。

弗尔德（上海）仪器设备有限公司还负责德国Microtrac Retsch （麦奇克莱驰）多功能粒度粒形分析仪，Carbolite·Gero（卡博莱特·盖罗）烘箱、高温烘箱、箱式马弗炉、灰化炉、管式马弗炉、气氛马弗炉、真空马弗炉、高温马弗炉及工业定制炉，Eltra（埃尔特）碳/氢/氧/氮/硫元素分析仪在中国的市场销售、推广和技术服务。

The company was founded in 1915 by F. Kurt Retsch. A few years later he registered his first patent in grinding technology: a mortar grinder that became famous worldwide as the “RETSCH Mill”. 

This innovation replaced tiresome manual grinding with hand mortars which was the standard in laboratories at the time and earned RETSCH an excellent reputation in the international science and research community.

Today RETSCH is the leading solution provider for size reduction and particle sizing technology with subsidiaries in the US, China, Japan, India, South Africa, France, Italy, Benelux, Russia, UK and Thailand and an export share of 80%.
