我们的护理计划可以保障您工厂产品的售后服务。我们每年都会派现场维护工程师对您的设备进行前瞻性维护，保障您的设备处在良好运作状态。如果设备在运作中发出警报，我们会在您发出帮助请求的24小时内给予回复，提供问题诊断服务并派工程师前往现场。若您的发生器停止运作且我们无法远程帮到您，我们会在72小时内优先派出我们的场地维护工程师去到您的工厂给予您帮助。

If your generator stops working and we can't help you remotely, we will give priority to sending our site maintenance engineer to your factory to help you within 72 hours.
